Diagnosis
Mesoscutum metallic bluish-green with purple spots, with raised and strong reticulation; notauli as narrow and distinct grooves medially; scutellum metallic dark purple with engraved and very weak reticulation; propodeum with median carina 5.2X as long as wide with parallel sides, and with submedian grooves entirely reticulate; gaster with first tergite with medioposterior ½ with strong reticulation.
